She’s no stranger to going under the tattoo needle, sporting almost fifty designs all over her body.
But Ruby Rose, 31, has revealed that she was forced to say goodbye to her beloved knuckle tattoos this week after they became too difficult to hide while on camera.
After removing the words ‘just love’ from her hands on Wednesday, Ruby inspired one concerned fan to Tweet: ‘The fact that @rubyrose got her ‘just love’ tattoo removed from her knuckles breaks my heart.’Inking about her career! A heartbroken Ruby Tweeted back: ‘Same same my fave tattoo :(‘
‘But it’s the only one that causes trouble with filming because the make up always comes off when you’re using your hands or washing them through out the day etc :(‘, she added.
Earlier this year, Ruby revealed she was planning to laser off some of her tattoos to further her career.

In another part of her story, a laser can be seen removing the letters on her knuckles
‘I’m in the process of getting a few removed that get in the way of acting, because you can cover everything with makeup, but getting the creases and corners on hands can be difficult,’ she told Cosmopolitan.
She added that it’s hard to get it done while shooting, as the tattoo will be there at the beginning and missing at the end, and surely fans would notice.
It comes a week after Ruby made headlines for hitting out at her girlfriend JEssica’s twin sister Lisa Origliasso.

In a now-deleted Tweet, Ruby slammed Lisa by suggesting her joyous reaction to Australia’s same-sex marriage vote outcome was contradictory.
‘So glad to see Lisa Origliasso screaming in excitement about the yes vote after telling us she thinks we should feel ‘lucky’ we don’t get stoned to death like they do in other countries and to get over it a few months ago,’ the Orange Is The New Black star Tweeted.
‘Really warms my heart,’ the 31-year-old added, including the rolling eyes emoji.
